“A kernel is hidden in me; a spark; a thought. I am life from eternal life. The attempt and the risk that the eternal mother took with me is unique, unique the form and veins of my skin, unique the smallest play of leaves in my branches and the smallest scar on my bark. I was made to form and reveal the eternal in my smallest special detail.”

Introduction: All The Lonely People

More than one in ten people suffer from chronic loneliness…cover all the lonely

Our cultures do little to recognise this alarmingly growing trend. In fact, chronic loneliness can become a disease that eats into the soul causing depression and deep psychological change. The chronically lonely person asks, “What’s wrong with me?” Why don’t I fit in? Why am I the odd one out?”

We don’t talk about feeling lonely, as responses might vary from…”Join a club,” “change your attitude,” “you’re imagining things,” “it’s your fault,” “think positive.”

Comments and attitudes such as these accentuate feelings of loneliness and isolation. The busy, socially successful person cannot possibly understand the feeling of being insanely lonely…why should they?

There are many different kinds of loneliness: the loneliness of the elderly whose friends have passed, whose families now find them surplus to requirement, a burden, inconvenient, useless.

Kiss Me For Today

red-umbrella-tree-hearts

When I hold you next to me,
the world just falls away…
Hold me ’till the morrow comes,
but kiss me for today.

As the future holds the answers,
I fold my hands to pray
that God provides the means for us
to live and love and play.

Together, we can change the world!
As one, we’ll change our minds.
For when we gather in His name,
we weave and cross the lines.

The greatest gift He holds in store
pure love ↔ the tie that binds.
“Lord, grace us with a love
that will outlast the end of times!”

When The Dice Roll Themselves

dice-in-universe-ella

Quantum Lucidity
The way I see reality,
undermined by bigotry.
Where overwhelmed fluidity
 ↔ proceeds universally ↔
Look! All around you, here we have
a perpetual-motion machined Universe.
Infinity turning itself inside-out and outside in,
from the micro to the macro comes the macaroni grill! Ah!
But Soul remains a mystery, lest she be the Muse I have in mind:
where angels belong, where spirits reside, where the dead go,
where aliens ride, where I Am deadcenter, but still alive!
Or are we simply living the lives of The Immortals?
Where we’re all gods, who don’t want to play God,
and the dice roll themselves.

“Now, that’s what I call – the fairy tale role of the dice.”
