“A kernel is hidden in me; a spark; a thought. I am life from eternal life. The attempt and the risk that the eternal mother took with me is unique, unique the form and veins of my skin, unique the smallest play of leaves in my branches and the smallest scar on my bark. I was made to form and reveal the eternal in my smallest special detail.”
— Hermann Hesse

Shortly after I read this, I noticed the Silver Bells are
blooming in the forest. I’m going to hug one in your honor. π
Thank you, Bonnie! π Uncle Tree be the Magic Man.
Sorry, I missed this. Light filled and a thing of beauty.
No worries, Niamh. Thank you! I love it, too. π
What a wonderful bit of light and wisdom for any day …Lovely!
I think so, too. Thanks, Jamie! π
I love the energy of the painting, like a work by Cornelia Parker. Its as if the tree has sucked up the landscape through its roots and trunk and thrown it into the air through its branches like a bucketful of confetti.
I appreciate your interest in my work.
LoL π I like the way you see it, Graham! It is a fine wallpaper.
Thanks for visiting, and you’re welcome! Cheerz, Keith
Happy Arbor Day to you!

Thanks for your comments on my art. We don’t have an Arbor Day in Canada so I found it very interesting that our show opens only a week later. We actually put together a book of quotes re trees for the show and a few of them mention Arbor Day.
Happy Arbor day to you….I hope you have the opportunity to plant or hug a tree today! π
oops… I’m so wrong. Arbor Day is celebrated here..I found this article. So, I’m about to go out and hug our backyard trees..It’s the least I can do.

LoL That’s the good kinda wrong, Wendie.
Hug a tree? No problem. I got ’em lined all up and down the street. π

Thank you! I updated this post.

Yay!
Awww, thank you kindly, Caro! π Kissing you under the mistletoe,
or anywhere for that matter, is a magickal moment beyond compare.
I do have a guess as to where. β€ And I do love you dearly, darling.
I can't wait for Spring to arrive. Luvz and huggerz to you, honey chile!
